This level includes the competencies which the individuals must have so they can

used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal

and family information, shopping, local geography, employment, travel), can communicate in

simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar

and routine matters and can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background,

immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.

Upon completion of this program, the learner should be able to pass any language

proficiency examination corresponding to A2 level or (N4 level)
